These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in The Courtney N. Williams Mentorship Collective (the “Collective”), operated by CNW Family Enterprises, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”). By enrolling in the Collective, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not enroll.
Program Overview
The Courtney N. Williams Mentorship Collective is a monthly membership-based mentorship experience that includes educational content, group mentorship calls, community discussions, downloadable resources, and access to private member communities. This is not a one-on-one coaching program unless separately purchased.
Membership Commitment and Billing
By enrolling in the Collective, you agree to an initial minimum commitment of three calendar months (90 days).
• Members are required to remain enrolled and active for a minimum of 90 days from their enrollment date
• Monthly billing will continue during this initial commitment period
• Cancellation requests submitted before the completion of the initial 90-day period will not be honored
After the initial 90-day commitment has been fulfilled, members may cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not entitle the member to any refunds.
No Refund Policy
All payments made to The Courtney N. Williams Mentorship Collective are non-refundable.
Due to the digital nature of the content, immediate access to resources, and the ongoing mentorship structure, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to lack of participation, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances.
Once enrolled, you are responsible for all payments during the initial 90-day commitment period.
Access to Content
Upon enrollment, members receive immediate access to all current materials and community spaces included in their membership tier.
Access remains active only while the membership is in good standing. If a membership is canceled or terminated, access to all content, downloads, and communities will be revoked.
Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
All materials provided inside The Courtney N. Williams Mentorship Collective are confidential and intended for personal use only.
Members agree that they will not:
• Share, distribute, or reproduce any content
• Screenshot, download, record, or copy materials
• Share community discussions, worksheets, templates, or resources
• Provide access to any non-member
This includes sharing content via social media, email, group chats, or any other medium.
Violation of this confidentiality agreement may result in immediate termination of membership without refund and potential legal action.
Non-Disparagement
By enrolling in the Collective, both parties agree to a mutual non-disparagement clause.
• Courtney N. Williams and CNW Family Enterprises, LLC agree not to disparage any member, including upon cancellation
• Members agree not to disparage Courtney N. Williams, the Collective, or CNW Family Enterprises, LLC during or after their membership
This includes public or private statements that could harm reputation, business operations, or community trust.
Community Conduct
Members are expected to engage respectfully and professionally within all community spaces.
Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the community without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content provided within the Collective, including but not limited to videos, written materials, templates, presentations, and resources, remains the intellectual property of CNW Family Enterprises, LLC and Courtney N. Williams.
Membership does not grant ownership or resale rights.
Governing Law and Modifications
We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to access or use this website, the Mentorship Collective, or any related services, you agree to be bound by the most current version of these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions, and any claims or disputes arising out of or relating to your use of this website or participation in The Courtney N. Williams Mentorship Collective, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
Use License
Permission is granted to access and download one copy of any downloadable materials made available through the Courtney N. Williams Mentorship Collective website or platform for personal, non commercial use only. This permission constitutes a limited, revocable license and does not represent a transfer of ownership or title.
Under this license, you may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, sell, license, or create derivative works from any materials. You may not use the materials for any commercial purpose, public display, or educational redistribution outside of the Mentorship Collective. You may not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source materials from any software or digital tools used within the platform. You may not remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices. You may not share, transfer, or provide access to the materials to any individual who is not an active member of the Mentorship Collective, nor may you mirror the materials on another server, platform, or website.
This license automatically terminates if any of these restrictions are violated. Upon termination of your membership or license, you agree to immediately destroy or delete all downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed form.
Disclaimer
All materials, resources, templates, trainings, and content provided through the Courtney N. Williams Mentorship Collective are offered on an as is and as available basis. CNW Family Enterprises, LLC makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or results.
Participation in the Mentorship Collective does not guarantee financial success, brand partnerships, income, or specific business outcomes. Any examples shared are illustrative only and not promises of results. You acknowledge that outcomes vary based on individual effort, experience, and circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CNW Family Enterprises, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Mentorship Collective materials, website, community platforms, or resources. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or personal dissatisfaction, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages. If such laws apply to you, certain limitations may not apply.
Revisions and Content Accuracy
The materials available within the Mentorship Collective may contain typographical, technical, or content related errors. CNW Family Enterprises, LLC does not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, or current. We reserve the right to make changes, updates, or removals to content at any time without notice and without obligation to update previously published materials.

CNW Family Enterprises, LLC does not control, review, or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third party sites. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement. Accessing third party websites is done at your own risk.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Collective after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
